This room is our luxury level product providing enhanced appearance and features. It comes with two curtain rails and three curtain types; mosquito screen, PVC window screen (attached) and privacy screen. These curtains all independently zip and tie back. They can also zip in a mixed screen, the preference is yours to suit conditions. Additionally there are co-ordinated post curtains and waist bands. The polyester covers are water resistant, UV protected and meet fire retardant standards. The frame is all aluminium rust proof and finished with two coats of powder coat and UV stabilizers that will provide colour fastness and resistance to chipping. Large base pads provide reassuring anchorage points to patio and decking whilst anchor pins provided allow you to pin base pads to the lawn.

All Garden rooms have a maximum height of 2.5 metres to the ridge of the roof, and approx 1.8 metres from bottom of curtain track to the floor.
