You have the right to cancel your order, providing you return it within 7 days of receipt, including a copy of the original invoice. However, please be aware that once your order has been processed we will only be able to refund the cost of the goods and not any service charges (ie postage & packing). All goods must be returned well packed, in good condition. We will not exchange or refund any poorly packaged items or items damaged in transit back to us.

Goods sent back for exchange will be charged additional postage at our advertised rate. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe delivery of goods returned to us. We advise that you use a signed for service to return any unwanted items. We cannot issue a refund if we do not receive your parcel. Once your goods have been returned to us in perfect condition we will refund your purchase price as soon as possible within 30 days.
